Painters have the responsibility to perform blasting and painting utilizing marine coating to specified contract requirements. Understanding of blasting and painting specifications including but not limited to blast profiles, millage requirements, ect. Perform blasting and painting applications as directed by supervision. Testing will consist of the ability to hook up airlines to the manifold and spray horizontal, vertical and side to side. - Able to sand blast and demonstrate how to utilize each part of the blast equipment.
Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum 3 or more years experience as a painter/blaster.
  
  Preferred Design Disciplines: -
• Must be able to perform all blast requirements and functions utilizing all applications. - Identify and correct blast and paint deficiencies as required by the contract specifications. Pay: - Day shift: $34.00 Night shift: $35.00 Per-diem: $147.04 $1,000 Sign-On Bonus - Safety & Environmental Factors: - All employees are expected to adhere to the company's safety policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves working under extreme hot or cold conditions and requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
