As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with an opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using QuickBooks Analyze and process accounts payable in a timely mannerPrepares check request, wire transfers, and ACH transactionsReconciles various accounts on a monthly basis, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the Accounting ManagerReceives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate personsReview account classifications for such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reportsMonthly P&L Review Position Requirements3+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-taskerCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentAbility to learn new softwareAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Hours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required Pay RateCompetitive pay based on experience.
