Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:Accounts Receivable:Obtain, compute, record, and submit numerical and financial data, including Outside Sales Consultants payments using the Companys CRM and/or accounting softwareEnsure efficient and accurate business transactions and commissions are remuneratedPrepare bills receivables, invoices and bank deposits in a timely mannerProcess accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with the companys financial policies and proceduresPerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables dataAdministrative and Office Duties:Provide information and communications via phone, email, company communication vehicles, or in-person in a friendly and helpful manner to provide requested information to vendors, customers, and employeesPractice discretion and confidentiality with executive information, fiscal reporting, and sensitive company strategiesPerform daily maintenance and filing of electronic and paper documents to ensure audit compliance and company guidelines are followedExpand knowledge base through continuing education to improve accounts payable business functions and make recommendations on current trendsDevelop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work in an efficient and time sensitive mannerDevelop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others in order to complete assignments in an efficient manner
