Job Description Our company has an immediate opening for a
Business Office Clerk. Suitable candidate must be available for
full time shifts at either store. Five day, forty hour work week
which includes Saturdays and evenings.
Full time employees are offered company benefits which include
medical, dental, sick and vacation time, and paid holidays.
Candidate must have a least a high school diploma or equivalent,
possess basic math knowledge and be able to operate a 12-key adding
machine efficiently. English reading, writing and speaking is
required as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel and Word.
BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SUITABLE
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
greet and direct customer to appropriate area
answer and direct calls on multi-line phone system
verify sales input and print sales receipt
accept and post payments to customers' accounts
performing daily cash balancing and deposits
