**SALARY RANGE**
Austin 59,000 - 82,000 USD per year
**YOUR JOB**
We're seeking a content marketing specialist to support increasing
the visibility of helpful content to help SMBs hire and grow their
businesses. You are a resilient self-starter and find a learning
opportunity in every situation. You will help:
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage content optimization and publication based on
audience/keyword research and past performance -
- Collaborate with content, data and SEO partners to understand
content program performance and impact to make strategic
decisions
- Support cross-functional efforts for content optimization
including landing page copy testing -
- Identify opportunities to test content changes across templatized
content -
- Develop a deep understanding of Indeed's content style, voice,
brand, and products across various markets -
- Strive for content excellence by ensuring it adheres to relevant
style guides, legal guidelines and SEO best practices
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 2+ years of experience in journalism, multimedia production,
copywriting, editing, or marketing
- 2+ years of experience using SEO tools (e.g., ahrefs) and/or
analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) -
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven
marketing
- Clear, constant and actionable communication
- Creative, collaborative, yet independent, able to multitask,
prioritize and remain flexible in an evolving environment
- Takes ownership of business problems to find actionable
solutions
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress,
Contentful or another CMS

**SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER**
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed
salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending
on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and
performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's
total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time
Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
