We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers and patients of our clients by providing information as to services provided, processpayments, and assist in credit inquiries and disputes.

Responsibilities:

Handle customerand patient credit inquiries and disputes.
Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
Update reports as needed in Excel or Word
Handle any support tasks necessary to the needs of the department. Including faxing, mailing, emailing, research, etc.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
