As a DSNP Retention Specialist you will develop strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer

satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for existing customers in assigned business segments, products and geographies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers

Handle escalated issues, resolving more complex customer issues

Outbound calls to our members

Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the caller's issue and work to resolve the inquires in a timely and professional manner

Help guide and educate members about the fundamentals and benefits of their plans - driven health care topics such as selecting the best benefit plan options, maximizing the value of their health plan benefits and choosing a quality care provider

Work with internal & external partners for retention campaigns

Provider Education on products

Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance

Assist customers in navigating Aetna member sites while encouraging and reassuring them to becoming self - sufficient with our tools

Host events in the community where our members are such as Engagement Events, Catalog Parties, Seasonal Holiday events

Door to Door campaigns to engage our members

Required Qualifications

2-5 years industry or customer service experience,

Multi-functional experience

Insurance license, as required by state law.

College degree or equivalent work experience

Familiarity with computer & Windows PC applications to include Word & Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sharepoint, Tableau, Salesforce

Prior Healthcare experience

Experience with billing/finance & eligibility processes

Community Outreach

Grassroots Marketing

Education

Insurance license, as required by state law.

College degree or equivalent work experience
