ROLE OVERVIEW ...
The OPERATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE INTERN will report to the Sr.
Director of Customer Delivery and Health Plan Practice Lead. He/she
will be a member of the Accolade Operations team gaining real world
experience managing complex, cross functional business issues. This
position will provide the opportunity to take theories and concepts
studied and apply them to real business challenges. It will also
provide insight into downstream impacts that communications and
changes can have on our Front Line Care Teams. Our intern will work
closely with Operations Leadership, Service Excellence, Change
Management and Workforce Management, strengthening the appreciation
for planning, communication, teamwork and collaboration.
A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Creating a picture of our current change management and
communication process from the top down through operations,
including all channels leveraged and when - Creating a gap analysis
of our Front Line Care teams needs and how they differ from our
current change management and communication process - Working to
dig through customer feedback and NPS/CSAT from Open Enrollment
through February and tie themes to our current communication and
change process - Analyzing the impact 1x1s and team meetings have
on engagement and Customer/Client success - Working to better
understand how levers pulled across the business to support
Operations impacts our ability to deliver Customer and Client
