This job assumes responsibility for providing technical
expertise, workflow training and support to end users in multiple
settings. These include efficiency sessions, formal classroom
training, one-on-one meetings, and department-based sessions.
Frequently consults with users to identify current-state operating
goals to optimize the Epic systems.

The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
