Job Description:
Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for
someone to fill the position of a Residential Mortgage Loan
Processor to work virtually in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: Part-time;
Contract DUTIES: Act as a liaison between loan officer, borrower,
underwriter, attorney and lender. Order credit reports, appraisal,
title reports when necessary. Maintain a high level of
communication with clients in a proactive manner. Manage
contingency dates and loan progress to ensure on-time closings.
Work with various lenders to ensure lender guidelines are met and
conditions are cleared. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS EDUCATION: High
school or equivalent (Preferred) EXPERIENCE: Residential Mortgage
Processing: 4 years (Required) Preferred: Work with various lenders
to ensure lender guidelines are met and conditions are cleared.
Ability to provide superior customer service in person or telephone
and ability to communicate effectively in written form. Ability to
multi tasks with frequent interruptions with calm and courtesy.
PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment BENEFITS: 401(k)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet. PHYSICAL
DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and
