What we're looking for The intern for the Sales Systems and Analytics team (subset of Business Systems organization) is an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic team focused on AI, data, and driving impact across everyday actions in the world of Sales. We are looking for an eager intern that wants to learn about AI, recommendation engines, and relevant insights. You will - Analyze current data to understand how to best use it for a recommendation engine - Work with partners to understand requirements, daily processes, and experiences that can benefit from recommendations - Draft out a design for an internal recommendation engine for the Account Executive team - Work with and learn from the internal team of developers to build the internal recommendations - ensuring tracking and optimization opportunities are built into the experiences You have - Experience with data and analysis for Sales - Intermediate understanding of MS Excel - Possess quantitative skills and knowledge - Excellent instincts for conversing with senior leadership and ability to think on the fly - Strong work ethic - Prior knowledge of salesforce.com, SQL, and recommendation engines is a plus What we offer our employees SurveyMonkey is a place where the curious come to grow.
