Senior Media Buyer About Us: Avenue I Media is a fast-paced digital media company with offices one block from the sand in beautiful Rivera Village of (south) Redondo Beach, California. Our team is comprised of enthusiastic, committed, proactive and resourceful individuals joining forces to propel our company forward in the dynamic world of Performance Marketing. We are looking for a superstar to join our Media Buying Team and help take us to the next level! Our winning team will combine with proprietary technology and fine-tuned processes to form a Tripod of Success as we expand our market reach exponentially over the next 12 months. This is an experienced position, so the ideal candidate should have minimum of 5+ years of search buying experience. Responsibilities: Utilize internal reporting systems to monitor activity, including daily traffic reports to ensure proper and timely campaign promotion and delivery Pulls and analyzes campaign performance reports to inform daily optimizations and testing recommendations Analyze the performance of digital media and provide recommendations to optimize for best performance: CTR, ROAS, etc Conducting data analysis and competitive research, preparing analytical reports, and building upon current/future strategies to continually improve tactics and performance. Requirements: 1+ years paid ads/media buying experience with proven success running all aspects of campaigns against CPA and conversion goals Experienced with Google Ads, paid search and social, paid display, native ads, and other digital media advertising channels and third party ad tools Extremely analytical and able to extract data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate revenue growth Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis Self-managing and driven toward ROI and ROAs Proficiency in Excel to manage and work with large amounts of excel data.by Jobble
