Job Description Job Description Passionate and experienced Sous Chef needed for a high-volume, fine dining, scratch kitchen at an iconic New Orleans restaurant located in the French Quarter. Sous Chef Responsibilities: Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback Maintain quality food and service always Maintain a clean kitchen that is always compliant with health guidelines Food ordering and help with food and labor costs Staff scheduling Sous Chef Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a scratch, fine-dining or upscale-casual kitchen High-volume experience Understands quality and helps uphold standards Hands-on leadership mentality Sous Chef Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k and life insurance after 6 months Bonus based on profitability Paid parking PTO
