who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to support a
General Manager while leading the team on the floor. About the Role
At Felipe’s, the Restaurant Manager (RM) functions as an Assistant
General Manager (AGM) and is the second-in-command at the
restaurant. You’ll work closely with the GM and Multi-Unit Manager
to drive strong operations, great guest experiences, and a positive
team culture. You’ll be a visible leader—on the floor, in the
kitchen, and wherever support is needed. What You’ll Do Lead the
team in guest service, food quality, and hospitality standards
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
Maintain routines for cash handling, inventory, ordering, food
safety, and bar operations Help manage labor efficiency and COGS
Uphold Felipe’s systems, standards, and procedures Step in hands-on
during service to support any position as needed Foster a fun,
respectful, and motivating work environment What We’re Looking For
Restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong leadership
and communication skills Understanding of restaurant financials
(labor, food cost, inventory) Basic computer skills Ability to work
nights, weekends, and a 45–50 hour workweek A hands-on leader who
