Job Description:

Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialing is complete
Preferred Schedule: 3 days a week (open) to 5 days a week. 8-5/no call/no weekends/Holidays are off
Worksite Setting: Outpatient/vascular center-not hospital affiliated
Scope of Work: Required: peripheral arteries, PAD, GAE/UFE s. Number of procedures: Typical volume/case mix. 4-8 procedures a day
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ABR, DEA, MS license or IMLC, Fellowship trained
EMR: InteleRad/Powerscribe-eclinical works. Moving to Omni.
