Assistance Overview: Seeking a Breast Surgeon to join and help grow
a comprehensive breast program on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Full-time position within a multidisciplinary breast care team.
Collaborative practice alongside medical oncology, radiation
oncology, radiology, pathology, and nurse navigation. Access to
on-site mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and biopsy services.
Strong referral network from established primary care and specialty
providers. Opportunity to shape and expand the breast surgery
service line. Clinical Scope Includes: Management of benign and
malignant breast disease. Breast-conserving surgery and mastectomy
procedures. Participation in tumor boards and coordinated oncology
care planning. Quality improvement and program development
initiatives. Position Offers: Base salary range: $420,000-$850,000.
Competitive compensation structure. Performance-based incentives

Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Fellowship
training or focused experience in Breast Surgery preferred.
Eligible for Mississippi medical license. Strong communication and
