Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana, 70809! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience (2

Description: Seeking an experienced registered nurse in the medical
surgical specialty. 3 years of experience required, with travel
experience preferred. Candidates must have previous charge
experience of at least 2 years. Experience with charting systems is
essential. The nurse will provide care for adult and geriatric
patients. Daily census ranges from 26 to 27 patients. The nurse
will manage patient ratios of 6:1 during shifts. Responsibilities
include telemetry monitoring and care for various conditions.
Experience with post-operative care, including bariatric and
thoracic procedures, is necessary. The role requires proficiency in
managing various medical devices and IV access. Candidates should
be adept at using rapid response and code teams. The ability to
provide wound care and manage drains is also required. Candidates
should demonstrate strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary
collaboration skills. Float may be required within the hospital. 5
