      • Report to AVP of Periop
      • Will have 3 Supervisors that report up
      • Position expected to grow and evolve into Director role with more responsibilities and pay increase
      • Over all of Education, Quality & Safety for Periop
      • Identify skills and gaps to overhaul onboarding within the OR
      • Assist with Periop 101 classes
      • Have a passion for education, training, and assessing progress
