The Maritime System Division (MSD) of Leidos’ is seeking a Materials Requisitioner to support the Long Beach, MS facility in a growing, fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Maintain the fulfillment acquisition process. Create purchase requisitions in CostPoint. Communicate effectively with DOD industry suppliers and cultivate meaningful relationships. Collaborate with product engineering, production planning, purchasing and quality teams for mission success. Track supplier on time delivery. Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation. Maintain purchasing records and purchasing BOM status. Other administrative duties as required. Required Qualifications High School Diploma and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience MRP knowledge or experience (Costpoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exposure to supply chain and commodity management in DFAR environment. Strong customer interface skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Individuals must possess strong characteristics around initiative, attitude, assertiveness and sense of urgency Ability to work in a team environment Must be a US Citizen and meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) Secret Clearance Preferred Experience DoD or Military contract experience Supply chain experience.
