skilled HVAC/R Refrigeration Technician to assist in the
manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of
industrial HVAC units. This role involves working with
refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards,
and collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize
system performance. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and
troubleshoot industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems during the
manufacturing process. Ensure all refrigeration components
(compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, etc.) are
correctly installed and functioning. Perform system charge, leak
detection, and pressure testing in compliance with EPA and industry
regulations. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
before units are shipped to customers. Work with engineers to
improve product design, efficiency, and manufacturability. Maintain
detailed documentation of system performance tests,
troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Follow all company safety
protocols and industry best practices for handling refrigerants and
high-voltage systems. Collaborate with quality control and
production teams to ensure units meet performance and reliability
standards. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and
