Job Description:
Construction Office Clerks assist in retaining a variety of
documentation, such as building permits, plans and budgets.They
often gather documents and then scan them or file them according to
an established organizational system. May retrieve documents when
needed by employees of the construction company or have a
responsibility to submit documents to state or federal government
agencies as required for reporting.Candidate must exercise
attentiveness to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to
work in a busy environment. Computer skills and ability to operate
general office machinery is essential along with excellent
communication skills.
